How to Prepare:
Join our community: Stay updated and connect with fellow participants by joining your local WhatsApp group and Instagram (listed on the booking page) and of course make sure you follow the main account: following us on Instagram.
BRING WITH YOU: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.
Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing. For the deepest possible experience, make sure to avoid all drugs and alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. On the day of your session eat light, vegetarian meals. Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help support the release of physical and emotional toxins.
Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys. Remember that breathwork is a safe transformative practice, and trust that the experience will unfold exactly as it should.
Timeliness: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space.
