Every IMD session uses specialist over-ear headphones supplied by us. The cinematic sound experience is engineered specifically for this equipment. Just show up.

Every session is trauma informed and facilitated by certified, first aid trained IMD instructors. You will never be pushed beyond what feels right for you.

You don't need to do anything except breathe and follow the guidance. Whatever comes up is welcome. Whatever doesn't is also fine. There is no wrong way to do this.

Sessions are held in small groups of up to 15 people. There is something uniquely powerful about breathing and releasing alongside other people doing the same.

Before you walk in the room, here are the answers to the questions we hear most.

Do I need any experience to attend?
No experience needed at all. Most people walking through the door have never done breathwork before. The IMD Lite experience is specifically designed as an easy first step. All you need to do is show up and breathe.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you can lie down in. We provide specialist over-ear headphones so you don't need to worry about those. Worth bringing: your own eye mask if you have one — we keep spares but they're the cheap kind and nobody wants that experience. A blanket is highly recommended — your body temperature drops during deep breathwork and a good blanket makes the whole journey more comfortable. A yoga mat is optional — we always have them — but there's something about lying on your own mat that just feels better. Arrive 10 minutes early and you're sorted.
Is it safe? What if something intense comes up?
Every session is facilitated by certified, trauma-informed, first aid trained IMD instructors. You are never alone in the room and you will never be pushed beyond what feels right for you. If something comes up, your instructor is right there. Safety is built into every element of how IMD is designed.
What's the difference between IMD Lite and IMD Signature?
Both use the same IMD method and both will move you. Lite is one hour — focused, direct and still intense. It's the full IMD experience compressed into a single hour, ideal if you're new, short on time or want to understand what the work feels like before committing to the full journey. Signature is two hours. More time to settle into the breath means the body goes deeper, the release goes further and the reset at the end is more profound. Same method. Same instructor. Same sound design. The difference is how far in you go.
Can I book for a group or private event?
Yes. IMD can be arranged for private individuals, corporate teams and large-scale events. We can scale from a single session to a full event experience. Get in touch via WhatsApp and tell us what you have in mind.
What payment methods are accepted?
