Neha’s Origin Story

I spent years in investment banking, thriving in pressure while slowly burning out. When I became a mother of three under three, the identity I had built collapsed. I looked capable on the outside but inside I felt lost, overwhelmed and on autopilot. My first breathwork session changed everything. With one guided breath my shoulders dropped, my mind quietened and I felt myself return after years of noise.

I dove into the science of breathing, trained in breath coaching, somatics and polyvagal theory, and finally understood why the breath regulates the body and reshapes the mind.

Now I guide IMD Breathwork so people can reconnect with their bodies, calm their systems and lead their lives from presence rather than burnout. This work did not just steady me. It brought me home to myself.
