Brendon’s Origin Story

I spent twenty years as a creative director, filmmaker and choreographer, working with global artists and brands. My life looked incredible from the outside, but inside I was stuck in the same painful patterns. After a toxic relationship ended with a stress induced phantom heart attack, I finally realised: this wasn’t bad luck. This was my nervous system.

Breathwork changed that. Not spiritually. Physically. Scientifically.

IMD was built from those lessons: clean instruction, real support, trauma informed safety, cinematic sound design, and journeys engineered for emotional and neurological reset.
