Thomas’s Origin Story
I grew up with chronic bronchitis, surrounded by smoke and stress, and learned early that breath was my anchor. Martial arts, yoga and later a life spent diving and travelling the world taught me the power of focus, calm and air. But everything changed after a severe spinal injury left me partly paralysed and terrified of losing my way of life. In that darkness a friend introduced me to breathwork, and it gave me something I had not felt in months: calm, control and a way back into my body. Daily practice carried me through recovery and three months later I was walking and back on a surfboard.
Breathwork rebuilt me. Not just mentally. Physically and scientifically. It taught me resilience, regulation and how to move from victim state into empowerment. IMD aligns with everything I value, especially safety. Now this is the work I offer to you.
