Steven’s Origin Story

I found breathwork after shingles returned and my system felt overwhelmed. Practising guided breathwork became a daily anchor and I quickly noticed how much easier it was to cope with stress and anger on the days I breathed. That curiosity led me deeper, into longer sessions and group breathwork, where I experienced how powerfully the breath moves emotion, releases tension and lowers reactivity.

As a boxing coach, I became fascinated by how people breathe under pressure. I trained further, learning how the thousands of breaths we take each day shape performance, recovery and resilience. Breathwork transformed not only how I trained athletes, but how I understood the body itself.

I teach now because I’ve seen how breathwork helps people release limits, regulate stress and access clarity from the inside out. This work brings strength without force and calm without suppression, and I’m excited to share it with more people.
