Valeo’s journey with breathwork began as a way to manage health concerns, but it quickly became a path of deep personal transformation. As the IMD Breathwork instructor in Jakarta, he offers a gentle and compassionate presence, creating a safe space where participants can explore, release, and grow. Guided by his own profound experiences, Valeo combines intuitive connection with a commitment to helping others find balance, healing, and holistic well-being.
How to Prepare:
👉 Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat, Blanket, and Water. Don’t worry if you forget; we often keep spares.
👉 Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.
👉 Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before.
👉 Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.
👉 Timeliness: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts, you will not be able to enter.
