Florine’s entire life, she has had a strong interest in health - specifically health promotion and disease prevention. To her, it was only logical to get a degree in Health Care Management and start her career as a sustainable employability consultant. She moved to Dubai, where she gained years of experience working in the private and public sectors. Still very interested in health and happiness, she read almost every book she could get my hands on and followed various official training courses. She decided to take the plunge and quit her job to follow her passion and apply her knowledge to help people live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

How to Prepare:
Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.
Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.
Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.
Timeliness: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.
After-Care: Have a read of the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect.
