Flo's Origin Story.

I grew up in a home marked by conflict, and a childhood shaped by my brother's struggles with psychosis and treatments that never brought him relief. When he passed away suddenly in one of the happiest phases of his life, it broke me and grounded me at the same time.

Beneath the grief was a quiet clarity, a sense that life was asking me to choose myself. That choice brought me to Dubai, to rebuilding, and eventually to breathwork. Not as a trend, but as the first thing that helped my system soften after years of holding everything together.

IMD became the space where it all made sense. Now I carry his memory into every room I guide.
