Built from
the inside out.
This is the company I needed.
Now it's here for you.
I spent twenty years as a creative director, filmmaker and choreographer, working with global artists and brands. My life looked extraordinary from the outside. Inside, I was stuck in the same painful patterns I had been carrying for years.
After a toxic relationship ended with a stress-induced phantom heart attack, something finally broke open. This wasn't bad luck. This wasn't circumstance. This was my nervous system — and it had been trying to tell me something for a very long time.
Breathwork changed that. Not spiritually. Physically. Scientifically. I started to understand how the body stores what the mind tries to move past, and how breath, when combined with the right sound design and structure, can actually reach those places.
IMD was built from those lessons. Clean instruction. Real support. Trauma informed safety. Cinematic sound design. Journeys engineered for emotional and neurological reset. The company I needed when I was stuck. Now it's here for you.
Designed for real change.
Every format.
One method.
From weekly group sessions to corporate programmes and global retreats. Every experience uses the same engineered IMD system, delivered by fully qualified, trauma informed, first aid trained instructors.
This isn't mystical.
It's neurobiology.
Your body stores what your mind tries to move past. Stress, anxiety, emotional tension, old patterns — they live in the nervous system, not the mind. That's why thinking your way out never quite works.
IMD uses conscious connected breathing to temporarily shift the body into hypocapnia. When CO₂ drops, the prefrontal cortex quiets, blood flow changes, and the thinking brain loosens its grip. This opens access to the deeper emotional memory systems — the places where old hurt and survival patterns actually live.
In that window, the body becomes ready to do something most people never do in adult life: release. Discharge the stored charge. Complete the stress cycle. Let go of what it has been holding.
The IMD sound design doesn't just fill the room. It's engineered to guide the nervous system through the entire arc — activation, surfacing, discharge and repair.
