At IMD Breathwork, our mission is simple: to help people heal what they’ve been carrying in their bodies for years. Stress, anxiety, old hurt, the patterns we never chose but somehow live inside us. We know these aren’t “mindset problems”. They are nervous system imprints. And they can change.
IMD combines targeted breathing with engineered sound journeys to release stored emotion, regulate the body and create the kind of calm and clarity many people haven’t felt in years.
We began in the UAE, and now we’re bringing this work to the world because everyone deserves access to mental and emotional care that actually reaches the root.

The Origin Story
I did not set out to build a breathwork company. I set out to stop breaking my own heart.
I spent twenty years in film, choreography and sound design, building a life that looked incredible but was held together by a nervous system shaped by early loss and the belief that love had to hurt to feel real.
Breathwork found me during a toxic relationship and showed me, for the first time, that change was possible. The wake-up call came later, when stress sent me to hospital with a phantom heart attack. My body was done. And finally, so was I.
What healed me wasn’t mysticism. It was physiology, safety and sound.
IMD was built from those lessons: clean instruction, trauma informed support and journeys engineered for emotional and neurological reset.
This is the company I needed when I felt stuck in a life that looked successful and felt unbearable. Now it’s here for anyone ready to breathe, release and begin again.

What IMD Breathwork Actually Does
IMD Breathwork is built on a simple truth: your body stores what your mind tries to move past. Stress, anxiety, emotional tension, heartbreak, old patterns, they live in the nervous system. IMD is designed to help you finally release what has been living there for years.
At its core is conscious connected breathing, a pattern that temporarily shifts the body into hypocapnia. When CO₂ drops, the prefrontal cortex quiets, blood flow changes, and the thinking brain loosens its grip.
