Dimi's Origin Story.

As a child, I didn't really know how to play. I was stressed, too busy scanning and bracing for whatever came next. Home was never a place to relax. As an adult, I stayed that way without realising it. My body couldn't relax. Everything felt like a threat, just like when I was little.

I tried a lot of modalities. None of them could reach the scared little part of me that was still bracing, still holding her breath. But breathwork did. For the first time, I felt what safety actually feels like.

This is why I do IMD Breathwork. It showed me — and the little girl who never felt safe — that we don't have to brace anymore. We get to enjoy the moments life offers.
