Duaa Al Attar is a certified breathwork facilitator dedicated to guiding others on a transformative journey toward better health, reduced stress, and self-discovery. Her journey with breathwork began as a personal quest for inner peace, and now she is committed to sharing IMD breathwork within her community. As an Emirati, Duaa aims to spread awareness about the benefits of breathwork, helping individuals unlock their potential for well-being and find their own paths to a balanced life.

How to Prepare:

  • Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.

  • Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.

  • Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.

  • Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.

  • Timeliness: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.

  • After-Care: Have a read of the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect.
