Shohreh Shadmand
Shohreh has spent over a decade inspiring people toward healthier, balanced lives. Based in Riyadh, she is a Yoga, Spinning, and Pilates instructor with a passion for movement, music, and overall well-being. Her journey began with the launch of her first studio, Body & Soul Spin, where she has helped people of all fitness levels reach their goals.
After discovering yoga during a high-pressure corporate career in the UK, Shohreh experienced its transformative power firsthand. Determined to share this balance with others, she travelled to Rishikesh, India, to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, later opening Body & Soul Yoga in 2022. She now offers a blend of yoga, spinning, Pilates, and breathwork, creating a harmonious yin-and-yang approach that nurtures both body and mind.
How to Prepare:
👉 Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat, Blanket, and Water. Don’t worry if you forget; we often keep spares.
👉 Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.
👉 Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before.
👉 Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.
👉 Timeliness: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts, you will not be able to enter.
