Angela is a certified breathwork facilitator at IMD Breathwork, combining her extensive training in personal growth with a passion for healing. Angela has studied a range of transformative programs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), CEO Space, Edge Mastery, NexStep Leadership, Landmark Forum, and Neurolinguistic Programming NLP. These experiences have shaped her ability to guide individuals through profound personal growth and breakthrough transformations.
After experiencing a life-changing transformation through her first IMD Breathwork session, Angela felt a calling to help others experience the same healing.
Angela’s sessions are designed to help you release old patterns, experience emotional breakthroughs, restore balance, and move toward a life of greater joy, resilience and overall feeling awesome!

How to Prepare for Class:
Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.
Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.
Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.
Timeliness: Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.
After-Care: Read the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect.
