Meet Your Instructor: Charlotte Bancroft
Charlotte, originally from the UK, has been on a powerful journey of transformation since 2019. Her own struggles with mental health led her to discover the profound impact of mindfulness practices, which she credits with saving her life. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Charlotte began her journey by setting up mental health programs on mine sites in Australia, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of holistic practices.
Her path then took her to Buddhist monasteries, where she deepened her understanding of mindfulness and meditation. Today, Charlotte is a certified breathwork teacher and ice bath facilitator, working at retreat centres in Phuket. She is dedicated to guiding others through their mental health challenges, helping them find clarity, peace, and empowerment through the practices that have been instrumental in her own healing journey.

How to Prepare:
Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.
Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.
Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.
Timeliness: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.
After-Care: Have a read of the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect.
