Hi, Iโ€™m Brendon, the creator and founder, and welcome to IMD Breathwork.

For most of my life, stress and anxiety were running the show. I kept pushing through - until my body said enough. I ended up in the hospital with what doctors called a phantom heart attack. It was terrifying but also the wake-up call I needed.

The usual fixes didnโ€™t work for me. I also live with ADHD, so I needed something that could calm my body and keep my mind engaged. That search led me to breathwork, sound healing, and release therapy. Together, they completely transformed my life. For the first time, I felt calm, clear, and genuinely happy.

Thatโ€™s how IMD Breathwork was born - a blend of science, rhythm, and energy that helps you reset from the inside out. Itโ€™s not just another class. Itโ€™s an experience that has to be felt to be understood.

What is IMD Breathwork?

IMD Breathwork combines three powerful elements in one guided session; conscious connected breathing, immersive digital sound healing, and release therapy. Together, they help you let go of what your mind canโ€™t think its way through.

Every class is a full-body reset designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and help you reconnect with clarity, focus, and ease.

What to Expect

When you arrive, youโ€™ll be greeted by your certified IMD instructor - fully trained in both facilitation and first aid. Weโ€™ll walk you through what to expect and explain the simple science behind how IMD works.

Then, you will lie down, put on your headphones and eye mask, and be guided through an immersive experience with music, coaching and easy-to-follow breathing cues.

Youโ€™re fully aware and in control throughout the session. You can slow down, pause, or ask for support at any time.

As your body releases what it has been holding onto, emotions may rise. Thatโ€™s part of the process. We guide you through it safely so that energy moves and clears. Most people finish feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed - often with a sense of calm euphoria.
