As a psychotherapist, I saw how powerful talk therapy can be, yet I also saw its limits. People could understand their patterns and still feel stuck. I knew that feeling myself. Five years ago, burnt out and anxious, I tried breathwork on a solo trip. In one hour, something shifted in my body in a way years of reflection never had.
It was grounding, regulating and unexpectedly life giving. Breathwork helped me settle my system, sleep again and feel present in my own skin. When I found IMD, its honesty, structure and science grounded approach felt like the missing piece. Now I guide this work for anyone ready to reconnect and come home to themselves.
