Based in Egypt, I’m Rowana Badry, a fitness instructor and sports nutritionist dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals. With over ten years of experience in fitness, I craft personalized workout programs and tailored nutrition plans to help clients reach their peak physical condition.

My wellness journey extends beyond physical fitnessβ€”I am deeply passionate about holistic healing and personal growth. This passion led me to explore the transformative power of IMD Breathwork, where I discovered profound ways to help others release emotional and physical blockages. As an IMD Breathwork instructor, I am committed to guiding others through their healing journeys, using breath as a powerful tool to foster deep self-awareness and renewal. Join me to explore how integrating breathwork with fitness can elevate your well-being and unlock your full potential.

How to Prepare:

  • Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.

  • Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.

  • Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.

  • Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.

  • Timeliness: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.

  • After-Care: Have a read of the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect.
