In-Person IMD Breathwork Sessions

What to Expect: Prepare to engage deeply with your inner self as you participate in a powerful journey of emotional and physical healing. Each session is designed to tap into core emotional states, facilitating a release that rejuvenates the mind and body. IMD Breathwork elevates traditional somatic techniques by integrating sound healing, personalized coaching, and advanced auditory technologies into a holistic experience that fosters profound emotional, traumatic and spiritual transformation.

How to Prepare:

  • Join our community: Stay updated and connect with fellow participants by joining our WhatsApp group or following us on Instagram.

  • Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing. For the deepest possible experience, make sure to avoid all drugs and alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. On the day of your session eat light, vegetarian meals. Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help support the release of physical and emotional toxins.

  • Bring with you: Please bring your own Blanket.
    Optional: You can bring your own matt and eye mask, to keep your energy balanced. We can also supply!

  • Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys. Remember that breathwork is a safe transformative practice, and trust that the experience will unfold exactly as it should.

  • Practical needs: Bring any personal items you may need to feel comfortable, such as a yoga mat, water bottle, eye mask and blankets.

  • Timeliness: Arrive at least 10minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space.

  • After-Care Document: Have a read of the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect after.
