Meet Your Instructor: Sasha Calais
Sasha Calais is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, and Sound Healer, with a practice since 2018. She the founder of Breath Movements Yoga in Petaling Jaya, integrating breathwork (pranayama) and sound healing into her classes. As a pioneer breathwork facilitator in Kuala Lumpur for IMD Breathwork, she also collaborates with corporations and NGOs. Currently, she’s pursuing an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant Certification to deepen her offerings.

How to Prepare:
Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, Yoga Mat and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares.
Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.
Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.
Timeliness: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.
After-Care: Have a read of the aftercare document so that you know in advance what to expect.
