The IMD app is a Progressive Web App it installs directly to your phone in 30 seconds without needing Apple or Google's approval. Once installed it works exactly like any other app, including push notifications.
Is it safe to use on my own at home?
Absolutely. Every session in the app is specifically designed for solo use and safe to do at home. Our signature transformational journeys are different those always remain in-person with a certified IMD instructor present.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes no contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime directly through your account settings in the app.
What do I need to use the app?
