Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the IMD Breathwork website, chat assistant, app, or attending any IMD Breathwork session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

IMD Breathwork FZE provides live in-person breathwork sessions, an on-demand app, and a website chat assistant. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Bookings and payments

All bookings must be made and paid for in advance online. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in USD. Your bank will convert to local currency at checkout.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on booked sessions. Our sessions are live experiences and once a class has taken place the experience has been delivered. If you need to reschedule you must do so at least 24 hours before your session. Rescheduling within 24 hours or failing to attend means your booking is forfeited. If IMD Breathwork cancels a session you may choose a full refund or a new date.

Health and safety

By booking a session you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would make breathwork unsuitable for you. A full list of contraindications is provided on our waiver. Participation is at your own risk. Our instructors are certified and first aid trained but are not medical professionals.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, app, and sessions including sound design, journey themes, branding and materials is the intellectual property of IMD Breathwork FZE. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without written permission.

Filming and photography

Sessions may be filmed or photographed for marketing purposes. Consent is requested before anyone appears on camera. Session content may not be recorded by participants without written permission.

Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions during sessions. IMD Breathwork reserves the right to remove anyone from a session whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Limitation of liability

IMD Breathwork FZE is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in our sessions beyond what is required by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
